Although Edwina is now a motivational speaker, author, podcast host and business consultant, her years of experience in the world of emergency medicine and preparedness are still used to help others. Edwina has also been a board member on an EMS advisory committee for three years and counting.

She was also one of five EMS crews (from all over the nation) that was sent to work one-on-one with New Orleans EMS and helped evacuate New Orleans in 2008.
